Dedicated internet in Bangladesh is for offices that cannot share evening congestion with a residential tower. InfoLink sells Priority fiber and enterprise DIA: 1:1-style bandwidth, real static IP, BDIX peering, and a 99.9% SLA target — not a home ৳500 profile rebadged as “corporate.” Site survey first, then a written quote.
Dedicated vs shared FTTH — office internet Dhaka
Shared home fiber is fine for flats. Dedicated / Priority internet is the right product when you run CCTV NVR uploads, cloud PABX, multiple Zoom rooms, or a POS that cannot wait for the building’s Netflix peak. Static IPv4/IPv6 lets you host VPN concentrators and allow-list firewalls. Incident response is on a business desk, not a residential queue.
SME Priority
Published from ৳2,000/mo (50 Mbps). Real IP. Better peak-hour fairness than home FTTH. Typical clinics, showrooms, and small offices in Dhaka.
Enterprise DIA
Symmetric dedicated internet access, redundant options, custom SLA. Multi-branch WAN and colocation-ready. Quote after survey — see /corporate.
What to put in the RFP
Address + floor, upload needs, static IP count, BDIX vs international split, failover, and 24/7 contact. We answer in writing.
Published Priority (SME) tiers
These are public starting points. Dedicated DIA for larger sites is custom. VAT and OTC depend on the building.
| Plan | Speed | Monthly | Best for |
|---|---|---|---|
Leased line, DIA, and static IP — how we talk about it
Buyers search dedicated internet, DIA, leased line, office internet Dhaka, and corporate broadband. The useful distinction is contention and IP: home FTTH is contended in the building; Priority reduces that; DIA is engineered as dedicated capacity with SLA. InfoLink has been a licensed ISP in Bangladesh since 2011 — we will not sell you a home SSID for a 40-seat office.
Static IP
Included on Priority/DIA. Home optional add-on. Needed for inbound VPN, mail, and partner allow-lists.
SLA target
99.9% on dedicated tiers, under-30-minute incident response for enterprise. Home support is 24/7 but not the same contract.
Multi-site Dhaka
Gulshan + Uttara + factory: we design per-site last-mile then overlay VPN/firewall if you want managed WAN.
