What “unlimited internet Bangladesh” actually means

Many Dhaka ISPs advertise unlimited broadband, then apply FUP after 300–800 GB. That is a capped plan with extra words. InfoLink residential fiber is unlimited with no FUP stated on the packages page. Local FTP movies also do not eat international quota — useful when the whole building streams at once.

No post-usage throttle

Home plans keep the subscribed Mbps. We do not drop you to “2 Mbps night mode” after a hidden threshold.

Pick Mbps for the household

Unlimited 50 Mbps is enough for light homes. Families with 4K + gaming usually want 75–100 Mbps unlimited FTTH.

BDIX + local FTP

Local routing and the InfoLink FTP library keep heavy evening traffic on-net so international links stay free for Zoom and YouTube.

Unlimited internet vs dedicated office fiber

Home unlimited FTTH is shared last-mile in the building. Clinics, coaching centres, and shops that need all-day POS should not buy the ৳500 home profile — use Priority / dedicated internet with static IP and SLA. Compare both on /packages and /business, then apply with the correct tag so sales does not install the wrong product.

Home unlimited

From ৳500/mo. No FUP. Best for apartments, WFH, streaming, and casual gaming.

Priority / dedicated

From ৳2,000/mo published SME tiers. Real IP, steadier peak-hour throughput, 99.9% SLA target.

How to switch

Same coverage check. Same 24–48 hr install window when the building is on-net. Use /connect and name the plan.
