BTCL GPON
How to choose without the brand war
If BTCL already has a live GPON port in your stair and the deposit is acceptable, it can be the cheaper nationwide option. If you need evening 50 Mbps that does not throttle, BDIX gaming, and bKash pay-bill on a Dhaka InfoLink cluster, pin the map. Many buildings have both — get written quotes.
Nationwide vs Dhaka
BTCL is a national operator. InfoLink is a Dhaka FTTH ISP (plus some outstation branches). Do not search “ISP Bangladesh nationwide” and expect InfoLink in Rangpur unless that branch exists.
Install cash
BTCL Dhaka often charges connection + deposit. InfoLink typically waives OTC on-net. That can erase a ৳100/mo sticker gap in month one.
Support desk
Ask both for a 1am ticket path. InfoLink: phone, WhatsApp, selfcare. BTCL: their published channels.
Side-by-side (verify both before you pay)
BTCL figures are from publicly discussed 2026 GPON notices and third-party summaries — always confirm on btcl.gov.bd. InfoLink prices are live on /packages.
